Wingaersheek Beach is a short distance away.
This very private contemporary house is perched on a shady hilltop near Gloucester's sandy Wingaersheek Beach. It is a spacious and open plan living/dining room/kitchen is filled with natural light and boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large oversized windows. The dining area has an oversized table with plenty of seat. Sliding doors in the living area open onto a wrap-around deck. The eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar has a door to a side deck and yard.
Also on this level is the primary bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms and one full bath with tub and shower. The ground floor entrance level features a den and game room with ping pong table, pull out sofa and wide screen TV as well as a half bath and entrance to the oversized garage.
The property has deeded rights to the private section of Coffin's Beach as well as easy access to the public Wingaersheek Beach. Access is available to Association tennis courts.
Dogs allowed. No smoking. No events or parties.
Please note for 2024 reservations that there is construction happening across the street. from the house. It may not be visible from the house, but may cause some noise in the area.What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:
- An area guide
- One kitchen sponge
- One small bottle of dish soap
- One dishwasher detergent pod or packet
- One laundry detergent pod or packet
- One trash bag
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenient starter supply for when you first arrive. Additional items beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the guest.
- One full roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-sized bars of soap in each bathroom
- One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen

The living room has two seating areas and flatscreen TV with treetop views from anywhere in the room.

Large fully-applianced kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar and plenty of counter space for meal prep.
Dining Area
Dining table seats 8 comfortably and is open to the large kitchen.
Game Room
This room has a wall-mounted flatscreen and ping pong table. Also includes a loveseat and bistro table for socializing and snacks.

This house is a few minutes walk to the beach and is extremely quiet and private. My family enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again.
Right from the start, I felt right at home and had a wonderful stay with family! The location was beautiful, and Atlantic Vacation Homes was very responsive and on top of everything. Already looking forward to my next visit!
