Enjoy coastal living in the beautiful historical town of Rockport. Twin Lights is a charming and recently renovated cottage stylishly furnished nestled on a quiet side street not too far from the village center.

This single-story home offers easy living with an open plan living room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus study. Start your morning off relaxing on the private deck off of the Primary bedroom or enjoy the cool evenings on the deck just off of the kitchen.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Rockport, you will find yourself just a short stroll to the Atlantic Ocean coastline where you can enjoy two of Rockport's beaches. Explore quaint Bearskin Neck with all of its unique shops and restaurants, and catch a show at the world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center. Rockport Harbor is also nearby with its fishing and pleasure boats.

What's Included in Your Stay


Every Atlantic Vacation Homes rental is a fully furnished home with a kitchen, living space, bedrooms, and bathrooms as shown on the listing. Because each home is unique, amenities and supplies vary by home and may change with the season. Your home's listing page has the details.



Household Supplies


Each home is supplied with the essentials for your arrival, including:



  • Dish soap and a kitchen sponge

  • Dishwasher detergent, plus laundry detergent in homes with a washer

  • Trash bags

  • Coffee and basic pantry items, such as salt and pepper

  • Paper towels


For longer stays, you may need to pick up more along the way.



Bedrooms & Linens



  • Fresh linens are provided based on the home's advertised occupancy.

  • All bedding, including blankets and comforters, is professionally laundered between each guest stay.

  • Standard beds are made before arrival.

  • Trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleeper sofas include linens but are not made in advance.



Kitchen


Kitchens include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and basic dining essentials. Most homes also have a microwave, and many include a toaster or other small appliances.



Bathrooms


Full bathrooms include bath and hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Half bathrooms include hand soap and toilet paper.



Wi-Fi


Wi-Fi is provided in every home.



Amenities


Amenities vary by home and are listed on each home's listing page. These may include laundry, irons, hair dryers, air conditioning, grills, beach towels and chairs, TVs, hot tubs, outdoor furniture, docks, and recreational equipment.



Housekeeping


Each home has a vacuum and basic cleaning supplies. Mid-stay cleanings are available on request for an additional fee.



Optional Add-Ons


Depending on the home and season, additional services may be available, including grocery delivery, scooter rentals, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and other local experiences.

Great place

Rockport is a very pretty town. The house was a good size and furnished nicely. The couch and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. The management company was very responsive to any questions, requests or problems. Would use Atlantic vacation homes again.

Our Summer Haven

For the second year in a row, we've stayed at Twin Lights for at least 6 weeks; and we're already planning our stay next year! The house is the perfect size for a small family and has everything we need for a summer of sun and fun. We really love the outdoor space where the kids can run around, the spacious deck with a grill that is perfect for dinners al fresco, and the ideal location for walking to town and various Rockport Beaches. Not only is the neighborhood awesome, the community of neighbors is so friendly and kind. Twin Lights has become our home away from home, and I'm so grateful Atlantic Vacation Homes makes that possible!
