Enjoy coastal living in the beautiful historical town of Rockport. Twin Lights is a charming and recently renovated cottage stylishly furnished nestled on a quiet side street not too far from the village center.
This single-story home offers easy living with an open plan living room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus study. Start your morning off relaxing on the private deck off of the Primary bedroom or enjoy the cool evenings on the deck just off of the kitchen.
Located on the outskirts of the village of Rockport, you will find yourself just a short stroll to the Atlantic Ocean coastline where you can enjoy two of Rockport's beaches. Explore quaint Bearskin Neck with all of its unique shops and restaurants, and catch a show at the world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center. Rockport Harbor is also nearby with its fishing and pleasure boats.

What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:
- An area guide
- One kitchen sponge
- One small bottle of dish soap
- One dishwasher detergent pod or packet
- One laundry detergent pod or packet
- One trash bag
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenient starter supply for when you first arrive. Additional items beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the guest.
- One full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- One box of tissues per bathroom
- Travel-sized bars of soap in each bathroom
- One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen

This room has a table, chairs, built-in bookshelf and a sliding pocket door perfect for remote working, studying, or a quiet place or reading.

The laundry unit is tucked in a closet adjacent to the kitchen.

Great place
by Larissa BurtonRockport is a very pretty town. The house was a good size and furnished nicely. The couch and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. The management company was very responsive to any questions, requests or problems. Would use Atlantic vacation homes again.

Our Summer Haven
by The O'Hearn FamilyFor the second year in a row, we've stayed at Twin Lights for at least 6 weeks; and we're already planning our stay next year! The house is the perfect size for a small family and has everything we need for a summer of sun and fun. We really love the outdoor space where the kids can run around, the spacious deck with a grill that is perfect for dinners al fresco, and the ideal location for walking to town and various Rockport Beaches. Not only is the neighborhood awesome, the community of neighbors is so friendly and kind. Twin Lights has become our home away from home, and I'm so grateful Atlantic Vacation Homes makes that possible!
