After a guest books with AVH Realty, guest and reservation information is maintained in our property-management systems, including Track, as necessary to administer the reservation and provide services.
Other operational service providers may receive information needed to perform services on AVH Realty’s behalf, including guest communication and property-operation functions.
The providers and systems AVH Realty uses may change over time. When we change service providers, personal information may be transferred to or processed by replacement providers as reasonably necessary to continue providing our services and operating our business.
5. Payments
AVH Realty uses TrackPay to process payments associated with direct reservations and other applicable transactions. Payment information is received and stored through TrackPay as part of AVH Realty’s reservation and payment-processing environment.
Payment information may include information necessary to process and administer a transaction, such as card and billing information and transaction details. Payment information is handled through the applicable payment-processing systems and is used for purposes such as processing charges and refunds, administering reservations, maintaining transaction records, addressing payment issues, preventing fraud, and complying with legal or accounting requirements.
Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive authentication information to AVH Realty through ordinary email or unsecured contact forms.
6. Online Travel Agencies and Other Booking Channels
AVH Realty’s properties may be offered through third-party online travel agencies and booking channels, including platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. When you book through a particular third-party platform, that platform collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. AVH Realty receives guest and reservation information from an online travel agency when a reservation is made through that specific channel, to the extent necessary to administer and service the reservation.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the booking platform you use to understand how that platform handles your information.

Opting out of marketing emails does not prevent AVH Realty from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to administer a reservation, respond to a request, provide guest services, process a transaction, or otherwise manage an existing business relationship.

AVH Realty may communicate with guests by telephone and text message for reservation and guest-service purposes. AVH Realty does not currently use SMS text messaging for promotional marketing.
