Sand Song at Good Harbor Beach
This delightful and charming vacation rental home is ideally situated just one block from Good Harbor Beach overlooking the sand and the surf. Four bedrooms and two full baths, the house is well laid out and has fantastic views of the beach.
Enter into the center stair foyer and on your left is a large living room with a fireplace, a comfy sectional sofa positioned to watch the large flat-screen television next to the picture window with great beach views. The eat-in granite kitchen is fully applianced and also has fantastic beach views. The breakfast area also has picture-perfect views of the beach and yard and seats 8 people.
The first floor is finished with a den/office with a sofa and also a full bath with shower. Upstairs there is central air conditioning and three bedrooms with a full bath with tub and shower. The lower level has a game area with foosball and a ping-pong table and a sleeping area with a queen bed and twin daybed. The laundry, which includes a full size washer and drier, is also located on this level. French doors lead to the large yard with a hot & cold outdoor shower, picnic table for alfresco dining, and a gas grill.
Two driveways hold up to three cars, so your friends can come to the beach with you for the day. Bring your family to enjoy your Sand Song at Good Harbor Beach!

What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:
- An area guide
- One kitchen sponge
- One small bottle of dish soap
- One dishwasher detergent pod or packet
- One laundry detergent pod or packet

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenient starter supply for when you first arrive. Additional items beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the guest.

Excellent as always
by ChrisMy family and I stayed at Sandsong in August for the first time since 2017. It was everything we loved and remembered. The house is impeccably kept with enough room for everyone to spread out and a big table around which everyone can eat. We love the proximity to Good Harbor beach and the coziness of the house. The view from the kitchen is one of my favorite aspects of the house. Not only is it beautiful, but you can see the tide and surf conditions anytime. As usual, we had an excellent time.
