What a great spot! Thank you! We had an issue with large mosquitos in the house our first night. Removed the AC from wi die which helped for the second night. Kitchen sink faucet sprays and needs fixing. Wasn’t sure what to do w towels. When swatting mosquitos a fish fell off the wall- tail needs to be glued back. Thank you!

Such a beautiful location and property. We enjoyed watching the boats and birds. The wall of windows was fantastic!

The house was stunning and incredibly clean. It’s a quiet neighborhood with peaceful views from the porch. A few things to note: 1.The home is not air conditioned. We arrived during a particularly hot weekend and the house temp was 90 degrees. We contacted Atlantic Vacations who were initially unable to do anything until the following day. However, after speaking with Vrbo, they were able to have two window units sent over that night that we installed. We put these in the two upstairs bedrooms, which made the heat a bit more bearable. However, the rest of the house was still in the high 80s the rest of the weekend. Not sure if those AC units are staying permanently, but double check with the hosts if you’re coming during a hot week. 2. There is no swimming access from the house. Some houses on the block have docks, but this one does not. The closest place to swim is about a 10-15 min walk down the road. 3.Lastly, there are limited parking spots in the driveway/ on the street. We had two cars that we were able to fit in the driveway, but it was a tight squeeze. Highly recommend carpooling if you’re coming in a big group. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed being in beautiful Essex!

This is a beautiful house with spectacular views. Our stay was delightful. We rested well and enjoyed easy access to many area beaches. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, where we enjoyed cooking full meals. We will enjoy returning to take in the panoramic views again.

The views from this home are truly extraordinary -- and they change throughout the day with the tides, the sun, the wildlife, and the huge expanse of sky. The home is beautifully appointed with simple elegance and all rooms were spotless. We loved how open and spacious this home felt with the large screened in porch, the majestic views from the second floor, and the airy, large kitchen. We can't wait to go back for another ocean retreat. (and we already miss The Mill where we got great takeout meals each day -- 5 minutes away)

Absolutely gorgeous home and location- the view from the first floor is a painting! The sunsets are absolutely spectacular every night. We felt so at home and comfortable, we would love to return and stay again! Linens, towels, etc were exceptionally clean and fresh.

We recommend a stay here, you will love the quiet space and proximity to attractions. By the way, there’s a beach within walking distance.
