Riverside Riviera

7 of us stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was PERFECT! Plenty of room without feeling crowded and a great kitchen to cook all of our meals in (grilled as well) . Bedrooms were spacious and nice AC to keep cool at night. Short ride to nearby beaches and quaint coastal towns. It’s even fun to float along side the dock during high tide. Great deck to watch the water and boats drive by. Do recommend for a fun relaxing girls weekend!

We had a lovely stay waking up to breathtaking views each day! The house is exactly how it is described and shown in the photos, and even nicer. Super clean, still had the lovely new scent. The view from the living/dinning/kitchen open concept area, and the bedrooms upstairs of the river and gulf of Maine beyond were incredible! The deck and the stairs leading into the river were a perfect addition! The welcome bag was nice! We were there for Mother’s Day and a few days afterwards and absolutely fell in love with the place! There is 1 bedroom downstairs with full bathroom which was perfect for one of the elderly family members, and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I need to find out where I can order their lotion from, it is super nice and moisturizing without feeling greasy! The starter toiletries in each bathrooms were more of salon quality than the stuff they have at hotels. The kitchen is awesome with quality Alll-Clad pans and lovely sleek utensils, plates, etc.! We cooked breakfast each day. I haven’t used an induction stove top before so didn’t realize there are only certain pans that can go on when the ceramic one I brought from home wasn’t warming. But a quick internet search by my niece revealed only certain induction compatible pans work and we quickly found the All-Clad pans that the vacation rental was already stocked with (along with many other pans) and everything started working beautifully! The on call number person when we called with a question was also super friendly as nice as well. Overall, had a perfect experience and my mom and niece are still talking about it! We didn’t want to leave, haha! Getting groceries and meals delivered by Instacart/Uber Eats is easy! There are also great restaurants in the area! My mom loved her Whale Watching experience & Seaport Grill is a great spot to eat! Lots of great icecream shops, we loved Holy Cow! Glad I booked it, will book again in the future! Highly recommend it!

We had a great visit to Gloucester! The property is as beautiful as the scenery and great views from the deck. When we had some issues with a shower and a fuse, we had friendly, quick service and a lovely bottle of wine to make up for our trouble. It would be great to have some more mugs and glasses, but we were a large group so don't think it would be a problem with fewer people. The kitchen was otherwise perfect for us.

Gorgeous home in a lovely quiet neighborhood! The top deck was awesome for morning coffee and evening social time with our family and friends. The dock and location were perfect for getting some sun and kayaking. The beds were very comfortable and we all loved the big showers and lots of room throughout the home. Note: The home is new and has a few kinks to work out but AVH is awesome at handling anything that comes up! There is a regular coffee pot not a K-cup coffee system in the kitchen. We had some rainy days; a few games would be a nice addition to the home. Some beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels would also be nice to have for a day at the beach.

Looking for the perfect waterfront getaway, look no further! A few of my friends and I stayed at the Riverside Riviera over the Labor Day Weekend and fell in love with this property. Nestled into the Annisquam river this immaculate home had the perfect balance of chic and coastal vibes. Inside the four-bedroom home you can find state of the art appliances with gorgeous waterfall showers (one of my favorite parts to this property) and to top things off there was a deep-water dock that had direct access to the ocean, used that daily for a morning cold plunge. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to create a life long memory on the ocean with friends or family!

We stayed in this newly built home with our two grandkids. Plenty of room or all. Very high end appliances. Stunning views from the living area as well as from two of the bedrooms. The dock was a real plus for fishing lessons and swimming.
