Lofty Views

Light and bright with an open concept. The layout worked well for our group of 5 adults including my elderly Mom. I echo all the positive attributes mentioned by previous guests. Very special place for a New England beach vacation. We would return.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Its clean. Lots of light. Central air. 5 min walk to beach. Nice sunsets from the front deck. Comfy living room. Big tv to watch the Olympics! Fresh linens and towels. The dryer squeaks a little. Only 6 forks. Kept having to wash them. Highly recommend.

This home is as pictured. It was very clean, well appointed and well laid out. We especially enjoyed the deck off the master. It didn’t have egress to the ground, so our dog could spend time in the sunshine with no worries about him wandering off. Easy access to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. We enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for 3 of us. There were very clear instructions and management was responsive to our request for beach chairs to be at the house. The kitchen had a great set-up and it all felt very clean and cared for. We enjoyed eating meals on the front deck where we could also watch the beautiful sunset. The air conditioning also worked very well. The house is easily walkable to the beach. This was our 4th trip to Plum Island so we are very familiar with the activities - biking, walking the island, going to the beach, going to Newburyport where there are nice shops and excellent restaurants and just relaxing. The community is very friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect home for us for the 5 days and we would definitely come back again.

Great location ,5 minute walk to beach and stores.A few things didn't work like the ice maker. A dangerous throw rug that was warped.The screen door off the master was ripped. Overall a good stay.

This was a nice and quiet street on plum island. It was a short walk to public beach access on Dartmouth rd. We biked to Mad Martha's cafe one morning for breakfast and biked to Sandy Point park. Enjoyed the house. It was clean and modern.

Nice clean property. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice deck for Sunset view. A/C. Full kitchen. Lots of windows for natural light. Comfy living room.

We had a great time at Lofty Views. The place was clean. It was spacious. It provided pretty much everything you need when you rent a home. The deck was nice for eating and sunsets. The beach is a 5 min walk. Central Air was nice on hot days. Lots of windows and sunshine. Would stay there again!

Lofty Views was home to us for a short weekend but it left a huge impression! The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. The location could not have been better- very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to restaurants, a convenience store and even an ice cream shop! If you're looking for more food/coffee/views, Newburyport's center was only a quick 6 minute car drive away. The best part of it all, Lofty Views is dog friendly so we were able to vacation with our pup- who would also give this house two paws up!

Hesitant to recommend in case others discover this hidden gem! Wonderful clean and spacious house in the perfect location close to beach, restaurants, ice cream shop, and store. Absolutely loved our few days exploring the charm and beauty of Plum Island, while enjoying all the comforts of Lofty Views. Best sunset views from the deck!!

It was our first stay in Newbury. Great walking access to beach and several restaurants. Newburyport is a short and easy drive away if you are looking for more choices. Lofty Views was spacious and clean. It was well equipped and had everything needed for a stay. The loft is a great place to sit and look out of the wall of windows. Enjoy!

I stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend and loved every minute of my stay! The house is immaculate and looks very recently renovated. Two good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage and very comfy beds. There’s a large loft space that doubles as a sitting or sleeping area (fold out couch/bed.) Large open concept kitchen/dining/living with everything you need as far as appliances and kitchen tools. There is central air but we seldom used it because there’s a huge wall of windows with a great breeze off the water and ceiling fans. Great sunset views from the deck, walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream, and one of the most beautiful New England beaches I’ve ever seen. Neighbors were friendly but quiet. Plenty of parking and storage. Will definitely stay again!
