Close to Gloucester's sandy Good Harbor Beach, Joseph's Way is a delightful two-bedroom rental nestled on a quiet wooded lot on a hidden side street with just 4 other houses.
Enjoy the ease of one-level living with a spacious open plan dining/living room which expands to the fully applianced kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms, and a second sitting area that opens to the deck. Dine al fresco on the spacious deck which overlooks a pretty and private wooded lot.
Relax or dine outdoors on the spacious back deck overlooking the backyard and woods.
No smoking. No events or parties.

Cozy little house that was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Great location near Good Harbor Beach about a 2 minute drive away. Stayed for 6 nights and had a good restful sleep each night. Just minutes to downtown Gloucester or downtown Rockport. Big area across the street that our dog loved to play in.

Decent enough house in a somewhat inconvenient location compared to houses in downtown Rockport or Gloucester. A solid option if you’re looking to save a few bucks on your lodging. House is cozy and they do a good job keeping it clean. Has two solid bedrooms with queen beds, and two little living room areas to hang out in. Nice stay overall.

I just recently stayed at Joseph's Way for a few days with my dog. The house was the perfect size, clean, updated, and in a great location. The setup of the house allows for two small sitting rooms which is great as well as the back deck. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was the perfect spot for the weekend. Atlantic Vacations home was wonderful to use as well and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Cottage had everything we needed for a short get away.
Clean and convenient
by HeatherMy family of four just returned from a stay here and it was wonderful! Clean, walking distance to Good Harbor Beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved sitting on deck in the evenings. The host was very responsive to our questions ahead of our visit and when we had a power outage. My only issues were that the kitchen could be more stocked with basic cooking supplies (measuring cups, griddle, coffee maker that isn’t a keurig) and the absence of a bathtub made it difficult to wash young kids. But we would stay here again and hope to come back to Gloucester soon!

Perfect for family of 4
by MiaThis home was perfect for our family of 4. The air units kept the house a comfortable temperature when it was plus 90 outside. It was clean inside and out. There is not a lot of extra space to all relax together inside but with 4 tvs, we could all relax separately! The home is a very walkable distance to Good Harbor Beach (maybe a little harder with small children because there is not a sidewalk). The street was very quiet. I recommend this home.
