What's Included in Your Stay
Every Atlantic Vacation Homes rental is a fully furnished home with a kitchen, living space, bedrooms, and bathrooms as shown on the listing. Because each home is unique, amenities and supplies vary by home and may change with the season. Your home's listing page has the details.
Household Supplies
Each home is supplied with the essentials for your arrival, including:
- Dish soap and a kitchen sponge
- Dishwasher detergent, plus laundry detergent in homes with a washer
- Trash bags
- Coffee and basic pantry items, such as salt and pepper
- Paper towels
For longer stays, you may need to pick up more along the way.
Bedrooms & Linens
- Fresh linens are provided based on the home's advertised occupancy.
- All bedding, including blankets and comforters, is professionally laundered between each guest stay.
- Standard beds are made before arrival.
- Trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleeper sofas include linens but are not made in advance.
Kitchen
Kitchens include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and basic dining essentials. Most homes also have a microwave, and many include a toaster or other small appliances.
Bathrooms
Full bathrooms include bath and hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Half bathrooms include hand soap and toilet paper.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided in every home.
Amenities
Amenities vary by home and are listed on each home's listing page. These may include laundry, irons, hair dryers, air conditioning, grills, beach towels and chairs, TVs, hot tubs, outdoor furniture, docks, and recreational equipment.
Housekeeping
Each home has a vacuum and basic cleaning supplies. Mid-stay cleanings are available on request for an additional fee.
Optional Add-Ons
Depending on the home and season, additional services may be available, including grocery delivery, scooter rentals, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and other local experiences.

Before you arrive, we'll send you everything you need to know about your home and the area, including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, house information, and local recommendations. You'll have access to it throughout your stay.

Great location for a beach day and 1 min walk to Surfside Subs/Dairy maid. Takes about 5 min to stroll down to Long Beach which is a fantastic place for families to spend a day given how nice the sand is and how gradual the water depth is. The place itself is clean and reasonably equipped. Could have used a regular sized frying pan and some beach equipment like a lot of places in this area provide but really you are renting this for the beach proximity. All else is bonus

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Plenty of parking and short walk to the beach. Home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Good Harbor is my favorite beach on Cape Ann.

The house was comfy and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Two beautiful beaches within walking distance and ice cream up the street! So many delicious restaurants in Gloucester and shops in Rockport that we must come back soon.
