A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms including the primary with a king bed, half bath and washer/dryer. A guest bedroom in the front of the house has its own deck and an extremely comfortable futon sofa which opens to a full-size bed, perfect for the occasional overnight guest. The living room sofa also opens to a queen size Steps away from Gloucester's historic downtown, a wonderful spot for great food, music and quaint shops. Walk to outdoor dining along the harbor, the small beach around the corner, the Fiesta & other waterfront festivals and the extremely popular Summer Block parties and Farmer's Market. Stroll and swim from Pavillion Beach right out the door or walk along the harbor to beautiful Stage Fort Park, Cressy and Half Moon Beaches at the other end of the ocean boulevard.
