Parker Place is a three-bedroom house that offers plenty of space for comfortable living or vacationing. The primary bedroom on the first floor has its own private deck and full bathroom, allowing for easy one-level living. Located on a side street, Parker Place is just .3 miles from downtown Rockport with its shops, galleries, beaches, restaurants, train station, and the Shalin Liu Performance Center.

The living room boasts yellow pine floors and a wood stove/hearth, and the kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge.
