Landfall is nestled on a private gravel lane in Rockport and is a short stroll into Rockport Village and an even shorter walk to the Old Garden Beach. Rockport offers unique shopping and dining (Bearskin Neck), and the famous Shalin Liu Performance Center.
Landfall is a charming New England cottage with 4 bedrooms. The entire home was recently updated with all new furniture and bedding. Embrace your desire for peace and tranquility and energize your spirit during your stay!
Nearby is the town of Gloucester, where guests can enjoy more beaches, whale watches, and the bustling downtown area. There is also nearby access to the commuter rail where can guests can take a short ride and enjoy both Boston and Salem.

What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:

by ChristinaThe location of this house is perfect- we walked to the beach every day and to Bearskin Neck for food and shopping. There were some games that even our toddler to enjoy and lots of space for people to spread out when needed.

Perfect Family Retreat
by DarleneAmple room, clean and nicely decorated. No bathroom attached to the master bedroom but it was steps away & with 3 full baths it really wasn't a problem. The outside space was lovely as well with a nice deck, grill & smoker. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to bearskin neck. As always, communication with Atlantic Vacation Homes was great. They are always very accessible and helpful. Looking forward to returning next year.
Caleb’s Lane Charm
by SusanCaleb’s Lane offers a quiet respite from a busy world and Landfall continues the theme. Tastefully landscaped to create a charming sense of privacy, the airy, welcoming home and porch, with Old Garden Beach just down the path, is a wonderful place to relax and recharge.
Great home in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and into town. The homeowner was very responsive. It was a wonderful family vacation and we would definitely rent this house again!
We spent 9 wonderful nights on Caleb's Lane and had the most amazing time! The location is perfect - so close to Old Garden Beach and a short walk into town. The house was great and the backyard provides such a peaceful quiet setting. We absolutely loved staying at Caleb's Lane and hope to visit again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful weekend at Kari’s place in Rockport. The house was exactly as described and was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was centrally located within walking distance to the beach and town. We would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Rockport or any other place nearby!
What a great house! We visited for a long weekend to explore Rockport and Salem and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The water front is a 2-minute walk from the property and visible from the upstairs bedrooms! The town is also only a 10min walk away. The house itself is clean, open and airy. It has a modern feel while keeping some of the older character, which we loved. The bedrooms are very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms.
The hosts go above and beyond to make sure there are extra goodies available (bicycles in the garage and coffee stocked in the kitchen!) They are also quick with communication before and during the stay. Will absolutely look to stay here again!
We loved our stay in Rockport! The house was amazing, exactly as described, however is was pleasantly surprised that there was a third shower (perhaps I missed this in the write up). There was an issue shortly after we arrived, and it was taken care of as soon as possible. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this great location!
We had a top notch experience on Caleb's Lane. Check in could not have been easier with a keypad on the door. The house was clean and well outfitted. The location was the best part of our stay. Two blocks from the Old Garden Beach and the Headlands and an easy walk to town and restaurants.
It was a wonderful stay in a BEAUTIFUL home. You can’t beat the location on a quiet private street in walking distance to the beach and to town.
Everything you need is there - you can tell the owners/hosts think of the details.
There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family time together.

Wow! If you get the opportunity to stay at this home, don’t pass it up! Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and downtown but in a tucked away neighbor so you have privacy not like the ocean properties you walk by. They have everything you need and then some from outfitting to cook on your own inside or on the grill outside. Bikes to get you around a little farther than downtown, and the most comfortable beds and baths. Communication was easy and fast when needed, and check in a breeze. We were lucky to have this place as our family reunion!
