This beautifully renovated home is located directly on Lobster Cove in the historic village of Annisquam. Around 1623, Captain John Smith described the cove as a "a safe harbor in a Northeast storm." Nothing has changed. Swim from your own private dock where there is a paddle board and kayak for you to use or bring your small motorized boat. Soak up the beautiful views from the house, deck and dock of the fabled footbridge which connects the Annisquam peninsula to the banks of mainland Gloucester. Inside features an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a wall of waterside windows providing an abundance of natural light throughout. The well-applianced kitchen has honed granite counter tops and a mix of fir and bamboo floors. On this level, there are three bedrooms including one of two master suites with private deck, and two full bathrooms. Upstairs is the second master bedroom suite featuring a private deck with spectacular views and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and dressing area.

Enjoy summer nights on the deck or around a fire pit in the verdant side yard. Go for a swim, kayak, or paddleboard from the private dock. Walk to Lobster Cove and Annisquam's beaches, or drive a short distance to explore Rockport, Gloucester and other points on Cape Ann.
