Enjoy casual and carefree living in West Gloucester this summer! Just a half mile from Wingaersheek Beach, this simple single-story cottage awaits your arrival. The living room’s cathedral ceiling lends an airy feel to the space and your eyes will be riveted to the windows that offer a surprising view of the West Gloucester marshes.

The cottage sits on ample grounds with room to sit outside and enjoy the natural setting and ocean breezes. The patio right outside the back door offers a dining table with four chairs.

Bray Cottage is serene home base from which to explore Cape Ann, as it has easy access to Route 128 and is just a short drive away from restaurants, shops, and more.

There is driveway parking for 2 cars (tandem).

No pets. No smoking. No events or parties.

A quick get away

The cottage was even nicer in person. It was clean and bright and roomy and so close to the beaches. The team at the rental agency were great to work with and so helpful. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Home away from home

First time staying with this company and definitely will not be the last, the house was clean simple and absolutely perfect for me and my family to make our maiden voyage to Gloucester. It was perfect and we can't wait to come back to such a beautiful area again.

Bray’s Cottage

Very simple cottage with an amazing location- extremely close to Wingasheek Beach. No frills, three smaller but comfortable bedrooms and full bath. Beautiful view of salt marshes right across the road. Very large living room space. Would definitely recommend to families looking to enjoy a beach vacation getaway for a great price.
