This perfectly-located vacation rental is a delightful ground-floor apartment (in a two-unit building), right at Good Harbor Beach. With one bedroom and sleeping space for 3, this beach house is the perfect arrangement for couples and small families.
There is a private patio with a gas grill, outdoor seating, an outdoor beach shower (cold water), and a separate entrance to your own laundry room. Plus, there is off-street parking for two cars in tandem. Just step out the door, walk over the Good Harbor Beach footbridge, and you are on one of Gloucester’s most highly rated beaches enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. You’ll be close enough to run home for refreshments and head back to the beach without missing a beat. You can also walk to a popular nearby ice cream shop, a neighborhood restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, and more. A short drive in either direction will take you to the picturesque town of Rockport with its galleries, shops, restaurants and world-class performance center, or into downtown Gloucester to enjoy a variety of dining experiences, more galleries, museums and history in one of America's oldest active fishing ports.

What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:
- An area guide
- One kitchen sponge
- One small bottle of dish soap
- One dishwasher detergent pod or packet
- One laundry detergent pod or packet
- One trash bag
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenient starter supply for when you first arrive. Additional items beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the guest.

by BruceWe have taken rooms before, but have never rented a condo for a beach vacation before. We were warmly welcomed by the property owner, who lives upstairs. The condo was neat and clean and cute, and had a full kitchen and two coffee makers! It was located just steps away from the bridge leading to good Harbor Beach. Local restaurants offered great food, and the weather was spotty, but it’s always a beach day when you’re on vacation! I would’ve taken this property again, but it was already booked up for the time I required it. I would definitely stay here and use this company again! Everything was perfect

by SarahThis rental was exactly as described. While it was small, the location made up for the lack of extra space! It's a very quick walk to Good Harbor -- no more than 4 minutes. The friendly owners live above the rental and they were quite welcoming. This rental is best for a family with one or two younger children -- under age 12 -- as the space is small.
