Stacy Boulevard is home to the iconic "Gloucester Fisherman at the Wheel" sculpture -- a symbol of the fishing port's rich history as a working waterfront and as the subject of poets, painters, and movie makers.

Located on the second and third floors of a two family home, the main living area has plenty of plush leather seating, a 45' flat screen TV, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, large water view deck and a new full bath. A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms including the primary with a king bed, half bath and washer/dryer. A guest bedroom in the front of the house has its own deck and an extremely comfortable futon sofa which opens to a full-size bed, perfect for the occasional overnight guest. The living room sofa also opens to a queen size Steps away from Gloucester's historic downtown, a wonderful spot for great food, music and quaint shops. Walk to outdoor dining along the harbor, the small beach around the corner, the Fiesta & other waterfront festivals and the extremely popular Summer Block parties and Farmer's Market. Stroll and swim from Pavillion Beach right out the door or walk along the harbor to beautiful Stage Fort Park, Cressy and Half Moon Beaches at the other end of the ocean boulevard.

Best July 4th!

Location on the Boulevard was perfect for the 4th of July . Horribles Parade passed right in front, watched the fireworks from the deck, later joined the crowd for dancing on the Boulevard. Close to restaurants, beaches, good walking. Inside clean, comfortable, bright and sunny, lots of air flow. Well stocked kitchen appliances. A wonderful week!

Cozy place right on the boulevard!

Great location made for easy walking to restaurants, beaches, and all of downtown. The house itself had enough windows to keep the inside bright and breezy, and the updated bathroom was a great bonus. The two small decks were perfect for people watching and eating meals, and having a washer/dryer available in the house was incredibly convenient. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Treehouse by the Sea

Great place to stay for a dog owner and first timer in Gloucester. The only downside is that it is on a uphill curve and the traffic noise can be a bit much. BUT I loved getting up every morning and walking the waterfront walkway with my dog to the dog beach! And it's so close to downtown! It really is a great location if you want an in-town experience.

Beautiful sunny rental right on the Boulevard in Gloucester

We had a fantastic stay at Treehouse by the Sea over Labor Day week-end. The rental is right on the Boulevard and within walking distance to everything~ The patio spaces are a bonus for drinks at the end of the day, outdoor eating or just people watching. The rental was bright and sunny, and we enjoyed all the amenities; gorgeous bathroom, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, and check in was a breeze.

Best vacation experience.

I was in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and parks. The house was spotless and the decor was fabulous with many interesting pieces. I loved the state of the art bathroom and the bedding was awesome. Like sleeping on clouds including the sofa sleeper. I would highly recommend this location and management company. Thank you for a wonderful experience:)

Our summer rental.

The property was exactly like it was described. Everything is in walking distance. The only downside is the parking situation. I could never park in the driveway and with 3 kids that was tough. Luckily they are old enough to walk the distance but with much younger children, it would be hard.

Nice but noisy

We appreciated our stay the condo his very well equiped particularly the kitchen with top quality. The location was perfect for us 15 min to the beautiful beach a short walk to the downtown city. The negative side was the noise cause by the birds start early around 5:00 without clim Windows open it wakes you up early.

Fantastic seaside rental

Very much enjoyed our week in Gloucester. The "Treehouse" was clean, well-stocked, and homey. Great views, right on the main drag in a charming seaside town. Was nice to have a grill available, plus two balconies to sit and relax. Rental company was extremely helpful, answered our questions, even gave great advice on the best way to take public transportation to Boston. Very enjoyable vacation, would hope to do it again soon.

Wonderful Two Weeks at The Ocean!

We thoroughly enjoyed two relaxing weeks at Treehouse by the Sea in downtown Gloucester. Very comfortable two floor apartment -- well equipped kitchen and well furnished. Grill in the yard. Lovely breeze 24/7, and ocean views. The downtown location can be a bit loud, but in our opinion, well worth being in the heart of it all. Walking distance to all restaurants and activities. Able to stroll through town or along the waterfront and no car needed. The owners and the rental company were also responsive to our needs. We hope to be back!
