This spectacular vacation rental home is situated in the heart of Annisquam, overlooking picturesque Lobster Cove. You'll enjoy water views from every window, choose from multiple patios for relaxing, and so much more!

Lobster Cove House boasts high-end furnishings and appliances, a landscaped and fenced-in garden with multiple patios. From the brick driveway, pass through the first patio area (also brick), with wrought iron furniture and a gas grill. Enter into the home and just down a short hall, past a half bath, is the heart of the home, the well-appointed kitchen.

You'll enjoy preparing gourmet delights (or reheating leftovers) in the custom granite kitchen complete with a Thermador Professional gas range, GE Profile double ovens, and plenty of cookware. To the right of the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 4, a perfect spot for reading the morning paper. Or, choose to dine al fresco out on the nook-side patio and watch the boats in the cove.

You'll relax in the cozy, yet elegant living area with a large flat-screen Smart TV with high definition channels, DVD, CD player and fireplace. A formal dining room, with seating up to 10, as well as a small reading area with a comfortable lounger, plenty of books and of course, amazing views, complete this level.

The second floor consists of three spacious bedrooms all with water views: 1 double bedroom, one antique double (slightly smaller than a standard double) and a queen bedroom that even has a lovely work area and desk with cove views. They share a custom-designed bathroom which has an oversized tile shower as well as a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master suite awaits you. A spacious and light-filled queen bedroom with a lovely and comfortable sitting area, panoramic water views, flat-screen television and a gorgeous roll-top desk – a perfect place to write postcards or check email. The ensuite master bath has an oversized tile shower with a rain-shower head, separate jetted tub, bidet, marble floors and double-sinked vanity.

After a day at Lighthouse Beach (passes included with rental), rinse off the sand and salt in the outside shower (with both hot and cold water). There is off-street parking for 2 cars. Lobster Cove House is the ultimate vacation getaway!

Although the house was clean and air conditioning was great, the house was very uncomfortably furnished. There was no place for a small group to sit. Other then a very large dining table.any of the drawers in the kitchen were unclean and filled with articles which it seemed were quickly stashed to avoid clutter. Unappetizing to the renter! Finger mail clippers in a kitchen drawer???? The outside of the house is a bit run down, molding fences, kids toys left around, outside sitting areas tiny and furniture uncomfortable!
All in all, not worth the price. Your company should work with the owner and stage the place to create a better environment for the renter. Get some easy chairs for the living room, get rid of the dining table and create another sitting area with comfortable sitting and something cozy in it! A trip to crate and barrel and $10k could solve most of the problem. And then a thorough cleanup of kitchen drawers and organization!
