Modern amenities have been added of course but with a thoughtful eye towards preserving the property's historical integrity. Bright and sunny, the cottage has 3 bedrooms (with window airconditioning units in the two upstairs bedrooms), 2 sitting areas and one bathroom with a shower. There is a lovely yard and parking for two cars. Walk across the street to Folly Cove for a refreshing swim on a hot day. Access to the Cove is from a path and deck (with furniture) which is the shared property of several neighbors. One dog is welcome for an additional charge. Bring your cell phone as there is no landline at the cottage!
