The master suite on the upper level overlooks Ipswich Bay with views from Wingarsheek to Newburyport and the accompanying sunsets (after the foliage falls) includes a queen bed, dressing area, sitting room and ensuite bath. Second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath with laundry. First floor has an open living room, dining area and kitchen with a half bath. The screen porch is off the rear of the kitchen overlooking the gardens and is a lovely spot to enjoy the shaded serenity that Gloucester offers. On the street level is the guest suite which has a separate entrance. The main house (sleeps 8) or you may rent the entire house which sleeps 10.
