Enter into the spacious open floor plan dining/living area off of which is a small half bath and the galley kitchen with disposal and dishwasher and views of Front Beach. A door off the kitchen leads to a small deck with a grill, which is the perfect place for al fresco dining. Upstairs is a good sized master bedroom with a double bed and another room which is set up as a den with a new double pull out sofa as well as the full bath with tub and shower. Go through the French doors to the upper deck which affords you lovely views of the beach and the water. Additionally there is one airconditioning unit upstairs and one downstairs and a new queen pullout in the living room allowing a potential of 6 people to stay in this convenient and comfortable vacation getaway. There is no landline in the unit, so be sure to bring your cell phone. Due to condominium regulations rentals must be a minimum of two weeks.
