Walk everywhere on Rocky Neck as well as to a neighborhood swimming area around the corner. Stroll to some of the finest and most lively restaurants on Cape Ann, which in the high season offer live entertainment. This home is the perfect mixture of a seaside getaway without being too far from culture and activity. There is no landline at the house.
