From its sun room/sleeping porch, you can enjoy views of the Atlantic or walk across the private footbridge to the beach. This cozy two bedroom cottage has a simple kitchen, a living room with fireplace, and a brand new bathroom with shower. The newest addition is an outside shower stall with hot & cold water to wash off that beach sand. There's a small, lawned outside picnic area but the rest of the property is classic Cape Ann: boulder-strewn granite! Parking for two cars.
