Wingaersheek Beach! Central Air Conditioning! This classic 50's beach house is just 75 yards from the door to the white sands of Wingaersheek's private beach. From its large deck that spans the front of the house, you can choose from a choice of lounge furrniture and take in all the beach comings and goings. Stepping onto the beach to your right you will see the oft- painted Annisquam Lighthouse (formerly known as Wigwam Point) and to your left, Plum Island, a beautiful state nature preserve. Straight ahead will be the never ending parade of boats! The house has three bedrooms, one bath and can sleep 6. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. You can enter the basement from outdoors and use the beach shower/toilet in the laundry room before going upstairs. There is lots of beach equipment including the beach wagon to haul everything to the beach. A yard and plenty of parking make this a dream beach getaway.
