The separate, airconditioned guest cottage has been used as an art studio in the past, has a seasonal winter view of the water and serves as an entertainment area with a TV/DVD. A queen and single pull out sofas and a futon in the loft provide additional sleeping area for up to 4 people (the cottage is heated, but does not have a bathroom). There is off street parking for 3 cars and a laundry area in the basement of the main house. So bring your family (or not) and walk to beaches and town and enjoy the best that Rockport has to offer in this delightful home away from home.
