Spectacular views from every corner of the house almost makes the beauty of the interior less important. But the interior is wonderful as well with an oversize living room with comfortable sylish updated furnishings which is open to a separate fireplaced dining area and a recently renovated eat in kitchen. The second floor consist of a large loft which incorporates 2 sleeping areas, one with a queen four poster and the other with a single with a trundle underneath. There is small half bath downstairs and a lovely full bath (with those views) on the second floor. Outside there is an deck that hangs over the ocean and a lovely deck to enjoy the view and breezes while enjoying your al fresco meal. Parking for 4 cars. Winter rate includes all utilities (heat, electric, local telephone & basic cable-tenant pays for internet connection).
