Boasting 6 bedrooms/3.5 baths and the ability to comfortably sleep 11 people this is a house to bring the extended family to gather and relax. The large eat in kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave as well as washer/drier. There are two sitting rooms one with lovely water views and the other with a fireplace and TV/VCR. Just off the living areas is a large dining area. The oversized wraparound porch (part of which is screened in) offers plenty of places for relaxing and enjoying the gentle ocean breezes. Just across the quiet avenue is a short footpath that leads to the amazing Atlantic Path that meanders for miles over the rocks alongside the ocean. Hardy swimmers can swim and kayak off these rocks, others can enjoy some of the most beautiful views on the east coast. The house is available as a winter rental from 9/15-6/1 with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths at $1200/mo + utilities.
