The main level includes the living room which opens to the verandah and deck, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom with double futon and ensuite half bath. The second level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths (one with a tub & shower off the hall)--two double rooms have ocean views while the master has an ensuite bathroom with tub and a door to a lovely deck. The third floor is simple but the commanding views make up for it plus it has 3 more bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach and experience summer like you never have before! An unobtrusive caretaker has use of the garage on the property for equipment storage. He will be accessing garage at the beginning and end of the work day.
