called Coffins Beach-shared by the lucky few neighborhood residents and members. If you have a lot to bring to the beach, or simply aren't feeling motivated to walk, your rental includes day parking privelages for one car in the members-only lot at the beach-which
is quite a perk! To enter the home, go up the steps just off the driveway (that can easily fit your visiting day guests' cars - up to 4 cars total) onto to the deck and into the house. The bright kitchen is the first thing you will see, complete with a dishwasher,
microwave , plenty of counter space and a full sized washer and drier. To your right is the "great room" where you will spend the majority of your time, open plan with a living area with plenty of comfy seating surrounding the large TV/DVD, dining area, wet
bar and office space. There is a door to the back deck which is a nice place for al fresco dining as there is a table and seating and a gas grill here. Back past the kitchen is a full bath with tub and shower to your right and the master bedroom with a king
"sleep number" bed and large flatscreen TV and another smaller bedroom with a single and with a trundle bed underneath. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool all summer long. Your dog is welcome here (with a completely fenced in back yard)
as the owner is a dog lover and fosters rescue dogs, but if you have more than one dog, please speak to your vacation planner. Sleepy Hollow is a great value as a wonderful place to come and enjoy Cape Ann's best beach! The downstairs unit will be reserved
for the unobtrusive owner who will not be residing there, but may come and go, here and there.
