  The house is perfect for families to share. Singing Beach is one of the nicest on Cape Ann. Lots to do in the area and great places to eat...We are already looking forward to next year.

    Grey House couldn't be in a nicer location; so private and yet so close to Singing Beach. The house is spacious and has the lovely patio for outdoor gatherings. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to assisting you with your vacation needs in the future. AVH staff

  Loved the house! Here are my suggestions: 1. bedrooms need at least one chair in them.
  2. covering on living-room furniture is beginning to look shabby.
  3. At least one full length mirror in the house would be helpful. Also a dustbuster.
  4. Property manager very nice when I called, but then he never came by with the mirror that I requested.
  5.Would strongly suggest having property manager live on-site. Front area looked a little forlorn. With manager on site it would be helpful to have him replace light bulbs (those high up are hard for me to reach - I'm over 60.) Overall my family and I loved the house and its location. Property manager is capable - would have liked him to have stopped by.

  The location was great and the town was lovely. This house, however, was very damp and the furniture was sloppy, sticky and uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was great having so many bedrooms and baths. The towels were stained and scratchy, though.

  Great location, nice size to the home and nice kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Downside was the furniture in the living room was dank and smelly - very damp throughout the house and the screens had holes in them in living room so opening windows was not a great solution. Living room felt neglected and icky. No A/C unit in the master either.
