Newly refurbished and "spiffed" the house comfortably sleeps 6 in beds and an additional two on the futon in the living room. You cannot be any closer to the surf and sand of the beach as well as a short walk from a shopping center, restaurant and chic coffee shop, this cottage offers everything you want for your beach getaway. New cable TV/DVD in living room and new "mini" washer/dryer combination in kitchen. Off street parking for four cars. Bring your cell phone as there is no landline. AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW FOR THE WINTER SEASON-- SEPTEMBER 6th to MAY 25TH, 2012 AT $950/MONTH PLUS UTILITIES.

We loved our stay at the property- any issues or concernes were promptly resolved. The owners were polite and easy to work with. The only downside was that the property was not clean when we moved in. We would definitely recommend this location to friends/family.

as you might expect, the property has a great location the only minor inconveience is the one way street which is easily overlooked the only problems relate to upkeep the outside deck heater and grill are in bad shape and may cause problems for vacationers. We chose not to use them. The futon cushion always slid off so we didnt sit on it. and there are some other issues with the bath that need attention.Please call me to discuss the bath and outside landscape maintenance.I wish to discuss them privately.

Overall, it was great. AVH was awesome, but the man listed as property manager on fridge was AWOL after several attempts to contact. So AVH gets a 5 and the property manager gets a 1. No extra sheets or towels, and no beach towels at all. The AVH office was responsive and helpful, and we would rent from them again anytime!
