  Changing tides is great for a family, the master bedroom is perfect, two other BRs are small but adequate. Location is fantastic, especially if you kayak: right on a beautiful inlet of the Annisquam. You can swim there too, off the dock, when it's high tide. (low tide: no water). Also nice in hot weather because you get shade in the afternoon, and a lovely porch to eat on. Owners are very helpful.

  We had a great week at changing tides. I grew up just across the river and I have such great memories of playing in the Mill river that it was just a blast. We canoed the river every morning in the inflatable boat that was at the property,that was a great surprise. Just sitting on the deck and watching the tide change was very relaxing,beautiful birds. It is a very quiet place and restful feeling. We loved the master suite and kitchn/living area was nice and open, we had a family reunion cookout and the backyard was a great size for crochet games and plenty of parking.We'd highly recommend Changing Tides.

  Beautiful place, great location. It is tucked away on a dead end street so there is very little traffic. The view is amazing and very relaxing. Master bedroom is very "retreat-like." the other 2 bedrooms are small but serve there purpose.

  The hand outs about what to do and where were a help. Would have liked a few smaller local, run by family resturants.
  The house I stayed in needed a coat of paint inside and better reading in livingroom light.
  I was unable to figure out how to connect my computer to the internet.. no instructions.
  I was very happy with the kitchen and the equipment. Overall...you do a great job...thanks...Ronn

  Overall I love the place as always. I appreciate the great firm bed, lots of towels, overall good condition of house, nice outdoor furniture, good cable TV. And I love the location by the water and the porch. As I mentioned to Atlantic Vacation, there were a few minor issues. The ladder that lets you get up on the dock from the water has been deteriorating for years, it is now pretty disgusting (slime). The light over the sink doesn't come on for fifteen minutes or so. I'm glad the couch is being replaced, it's pretty grungy.

  I appreciated that there was a ladder for the dock, although it was stuck under the house and very dirty, hard to locate. The Internet modem still only works for the first computer that uses it -- have to turn off and on I think for a second one. For some reason I had an allergic reaction to something in the air (mold?) which may well have been due to all the wet weather in June. Otherwise, perfect!

  Although the location was wonderful, the house itself lacks any sense of aesthetics or charm. Needs some work to make it more attractive. Plus the silverware drawers and lazy susan were full of crumbs and we ran out of toilet paper within the first few days. Plus had only one dishtowel. Just not thoughtfully furnished or decorated. This is the first time I"ve been really disappointed with a house renting from you.

  iwould say that the property mostly fitted our needs. I was rereading the original ad to see how that matched. It did but then I do wish the water wasn't so cold and the kitchen better arranged and the small bedrooms not so small. The living room did have an uncomfortable couch and the remote was missing from the DVD. One more comment--it was hard to get into the water--the ladder was weak and then seemed to float away.
