the Atlantic Ocean and Rockport's glorious coastline. There are endless activities you can enjoy without leaving home as the property includes a hardcourt tennis court, 45 foot swimming pool with spa and cabana, meandering trails through the architect (and
award-winning) designed grounds, and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean (at either Cape Hedge or Pebble beaches) and bird watching at the adjacent Henry's Pond. At the main door of the house, just beyond the baby grand piano, step into the open plan living/dining
room with "pullout" entertainment center which flows into the kitchen with a breakfast 'tower' room. If you take a left from the front door, you will enter a huge living room with sliders onto a private deck. Off the upper living area and kitchen are several
glass doors which open onto the wraparound oceanside deck with stairs down to the pool and cabana (with shower bathroom, tv, and small kitchen for poolside refreshments), all surrounded by lovely gardens. On the main floor of the house there is also a half
guest bathroom and a small bedroom room with ensuite full bathroom that can be used as an office or a bedroom (perfect as an au pair suite). On the second floor there are two pleasant queen bedrooms with shared bathroom (oversize jacuzzi tub, double sinks
and separate rain shower). The master bedroom wing includes an ensuite bathroom, vaulted ceilings (fan), a private balcony overlooking the ocean, sound system and king size bed. The third floor, with its slanted ceilings, has a double bedroom with sitting
area or perfect play room, skylights and ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside there is an architecturally exquisite separate guest house with a large open master suite with a king sized bed, small breakfast kitchen and bath. Pool and grounds maintenance are
handled by the owners. Please note that there is no landline at the house, so bring your cell phone, and check in is at 4 pm. May rent just the house, without the carriage house which leaves 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and sleeps 9 - speak with your vacation
