This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath is a tastefully and comfortably decorated family home that is on a quiet dead end street which is about 100 yards from the sand of Niles Beach. A short walk to the Art colony of Rocky Neck with its galleries and restaurants, you will have plenty to keep you busy, if you decide not to spend the day at the beach. With hardwood floors throughout, a large living room with a new 42" flat screen television and wood burning stove leads to an oversized porch with side yards with outdoor fireplace. A formal dining room is just off the granite kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath. Plenty of parking complete this beach getaway package!

This property was perfect for our family. The house has tons of charm is located in a great location to visit Gloucester, Rocky Neck, Rockport, and the other small towns in the area. Beds are super comfy, house is well equipped with all the necessities
needed for a fun day at the beach. Loved the hammock and outdoor shower! You can easily walk to Niles beach for a quick dip or a short drive a the fantastic beach of Good Harbor.

Not only was the property charminly decorated, clean and in a fantastic location, they seemed to anticipate our every need. Any time thought of something we needed, we found it in the homw. I'd say the website under promised and over delivered. We'd recommend using Atlantic Vacation Homes.

Our family has been vacationing with our parents for 50 years. Now with kids and grandiose we still make this a priority. That being said we have always enjoyed our trips throughout New England but this year's was by far the most comfortable. With the
help of the staff at AVH we found heaven in this property. everything you could ask for was at our finger tips. We were all very comfortable. The pictures do not do this property justice. The yard was a delight as we have a 4 year old and a puppy. The teens
were thrilled by being a block from the beach. Depending on the day, ages ranged from 4-75. This place is the perfect family home. Bring your clothes and your toiletries because that is all you will need. The are many restaurants, shops and studios close by
and plenty of games and videos for the evening hours or laze on the porch with your laptop or with a good book. This place was more than any of us ever expected and the AVH staff were a phone call away. A true gem and worth every penny!
Very beautiful, clean, and sweet house. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Only issue we had was regarding the internet connection. Although I could be mistaken, I thought the property description said the house had wireless internet. It did not. We eventually figured out how to plug the computer into the modem, reset it and get online. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We had an even better time than last year! The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and the spacious living/family room areas/porch were perfect for visiting family. The new flat screen TV/DVDs provided relaxing evening entertainment- would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I enjoyed two wonderful months on Lighthouse Way while I was working temporarily in Gloucester and every day it was a pleasure to 'come home.' We'd relax by the fire, cook in the spacious kitchen, walk to the beach or go to one of our favorite restaurants in Gloucester (and there are so many now!!). Georgia at Atlantic was great and Eric (the owner) was always helpful if we needed anything. We will very much miss the town and the home and we'll always remember it.
Our grandchildren (and their parents) were with us on this trip. The fenced in lawn was perfect for them. Both are preschoolers but Niles beach was still an easy walk away for them and Niles was the perfect beach for them. The house was perfect.

We loved our vacation at Lighthouse Way. We felt at home the minute we arrived. Our Massachusetts family members oohed and ahhed over the house. The home was a short walk to a lovely beach. Our kids didn't want to leave. Everyone from AVH was so helpful. Everything from beginning to end was a wonderful experience.

We had a great week on Lighthouse Way. The house is superb and spacious with all of the amenities that you would expect and a few that we didn't - TV in the bathroom!

Niles beach and the Rocky Neck Art community are short walks. The latter has restaurants and bars as well as the galleries, so a great place to visit. Other beaches are a short drive and there is a lot of choice nearby.

Downtown Gloucester and Rockport are within easy reach, so there are lots of things to do.

A great house in a great location - highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse Way in Glocester very much. Great location for us and our three small grandchildren. Just a pleasent walk took us to the very safe and pretty beach that we all enjoyed a lot. We had a wonderful weather. The sunset was very beautiful either at Gloucester or at Rock Port where we had delicious ice cream, several times, for desert after dinner. We will love to go back there next summer.

5 Lighthouse way was a delightful,cozy cottage with all the amenities needed for our family to enjoy a trip down memory lane and get together at Christmas time. We enjoyed the ambiance of the wood stove for the evening game time, and found the kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. Great to have baby seat for my grandchild toddler.
Only one negative - upstairs sink was very slow - must have been clogged be earlier guest. Reported it upon arrival, but should be fixed before someone else comes.
Otherwise a great spot. Would love to return there next year.
